Where is your accent?

A friend recently told me about an encounter his son had at a so called "Bible" church. The young man was told, in no uncertain terms, that he was "not saved" because he "didn't belong to THIS church."

No where in the Bible does it say you have to belong to "a church" to be saved. No where in the Bible does it say you have to be "rebaptized" to be saved (or even baptized at all!)

It is by grace we are saved, through faith, it is a gift of God. It is God's doing, no our own. The accent is on God, not on us.
