Justice

This week our church begins a series on the Christian Work of Justice. Our first topic is Hunger. Friday evening we will host a film viewing of “Food, Incorporated,” which explores one aspect of the hunger problem: the mass production and distribution of food. Each week in between services we will offer time to discuss questions raised in the sermon or presented in the Friday night program.

Our topics for this series address a sampling of social problems of concern to everyone: hunger, domestic violence, economics, and healing. We will look at what the Bible has to say in addressing such problems and we will consider the question of a Christian response.
