Commitment

I just watched a PBS program on line (Bill Cosby receiving the Mark Twain Award for Humor). I love Bill Cosby. I have laughed at Bill now for decades! In his acceptance speech (short and sweet) he said something profound. Speaking to his audience who come to hear/see him, he said, "Every time I plant my feet, you are going to get everything I have."

Wow. What a way to live. Full tilt, all out, committed. That is my goal for my ministry, for my relationships, for my life, with some down time thrown in too, just for balance.
